The balance between sweetness and sourness is perfect, and there is no feeling of dryness. It has a crisp texture and you won’t get tired of it no matter how much you eat it.
The breed/variety is Fuji, actually I’m is allergic to apples (Ironically even I’m bear), but I could eat this apple.
Feel that professional farmers who are particular about the soil are much different…
