The next prey of the Hungry Bear is grape juice.
Actually, I’d like to introduce the wine as is and try my best to look super sporty, but I can’t drink alcohol…
Then, this time I’m presenting “Sato the Authentic Vineyard” in Hanamaki City, Iwate Prefecture.
When I stayed at Hanamaki-Onsen, I found something in the souvenir corner of the inn, and I felt numb with the exterior that looked like wine.
I tried and bought it, and it was really delicious! Rich grape flavor, not too sweet and moderately sour.
Above all, the appearance is super good. Perfect as a gift or a gift in return.
“Blessing of the Moon” This is a standard one using only ripe grapes, and it is really delicious.
“Early Bird” Made from only early picked grapes. The name comes from the scene where small birds can’t help poking grapes in front of them. Cool.
Heard that he started to work as a grape farmer in Hanamaki from 1954, and he also worked on cultivar improvement with dry and cool weather suitable for grapes.
Large “IHABUDORI” is good for grape juice! (The name is also like “Iwate” due to Kenji Miyazawa and feels good!)
I want to visit as soon as Covid19 settles down…
